One 3 Bedroom Chalet Immediately Available - Now Taking Reservations for 1 & 2 Bedroom Chalets

The Bavarian Chalets represent the first phase of a careful expansion that will eventually include 48 luxury, full service, residential units at the base of the Kachina Lift in Taos Ski Valley. With the Bavarian Restaurant as the keystone, the owners, guests and rental tenants of the Bavarian Chalets enjoy ski-in/ski-out access and gracious hospitality services.

The initial phase of Chalets was completed in August 2009. Five of the six 3 bedroom chalets have been sold. One remains available for sale at $1,225,000.

Six 1 bedroom and two 2 bedroom chalets are now available for reservation in Phase II. Prices range from $410,000 to $849,000.
