HOSPITALITY - Services by SeasonWilderness living, in extreme comfort, is offered by the Bavarian at the "end of the road" atop Taos Ski Valley, with distinct seasons that have strong and engaging personalities. Throughout the year, the high-alpine wilderness surrounding sacred Kachina Mountain is accessible by 4-wheel vehicles, 30 minutes above the ancient, multicultural town of Taos, New Mexico. The ambiance in Taos Ski Valley is a laid -back mountain style that combines the best of the American West and the Swiss and German Alps. "We hope to create a small community of like minded souls who love the mountains and treasure unspoiled wilderness. We are extremely pleased that, after several years of discussion, the Village of Taos Ski Valley has adopted the initial aspects of a Master Plan that envisions the phased, sensitive development of Kachina Village, centered on The Bavarian." - Thomas Schulze, founder and co-owner of The Bavarian |
