Group 3 Development, LLC
Group 3 is a team of engineering, construction and marketing specialists. The team was assembled in 2003 from what was then a very successful engineering company; Cody West Consulting. Cody, a structural engineer, had successfully designed and built several custom homes. Cody was interested in growing his enterprise to develop multi-family dwellings and commercial projects, and explore the concepts of green building and in-fill development. Group 3 was established to bring many disciplines under one roof and offer customers comprehensive answers to their design and building needs.
